Frosted Carrot Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. finely grated carrots
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Alternately add oil and flour.
    Mix well.
    Fold in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly in jelly roll pan or 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Frost with cream cheese frosting.
