Not So Sweet Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Blend shortening, egg, cocoa and salt.
Add sugar, milk and vanilla.
Mix well until smooth.
Add more sugar or milk to make icing thin or thick.
