Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayo
1 c. light cream
1 c. bread crumbs
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped medium
2 cans crabmeat, shrimp or lobster
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. table wine
1 can mushrooms
Preparation

Mix ingredients into an 8 x 10-inch dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
