Fish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flaked, cooked fish
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 c. mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 to 8 drops hot sauce
Preparation
    Make into cakes, flour and fry in hot oil.
