Okra Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. melted butter
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 Tbsp. pepper
2 c. chopped tomato
1 1/4 c. sliced okra
1/2 Tbsp. dried basil leaves
4 slices cheese, cut in half to form triangles
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in margarine.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Stir in tomato, okra and basil. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
