Meat Balls(Frikadeller) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef (round steak or chuck)
1/2 lb. lean pork
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 small onion, grated
2 eggs
1 c. milk (I use only 1/2 c.)
4 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Mix the first six ingredients thoroughly.
Add eggs, milk and margarine.
Form into patties and fry in butter at 300\u00b0 (electric skillet) until brown.
Turn down heat to 250\u00b0 and cover for 30 minutes to thoroughly cook.
