Pecan Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup pecans, chopped
1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Line bottom of pan with aluminum foil and butter well.
Bring ingredients to a boil over medium heat; stirring constantly until golden brown (5 to 6 minutes).
Pour into pan.
Cool; break into small pieces.
Store in airtight container.
