Tomato Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. round steak, cut up
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 green bell pepper, cut in strips
    12 oz. can tomato paste
    1 can beef broth
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Dip steak pieces in mixture. Cover evenly.
    Place steak pieces in Dutch oven on top of stove.
