Chicken In White Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small frying chickens
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper
    2 large onions, sliced thin
    2 or 3 garlic cloves
Preparation
    Split or quarter chickens, depending on size.
    Cook onions and garlic in 1/2 cup water and 2 tablespoons butter for 10 minutes.
