Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
    2 cans beef bouillon
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan; add chopped onions.
    Stir and cook a few minutes.
    Add beef bouillon, 1 cup uncooked rice and mushrooms. Stir well; pour into casserole dish.
    Cover; cook in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour or until rice absorbs the liquid.
