Magic Salmon Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned salmon
    2 pkg. lime gelatin
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. finely shredded cabbage
    3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 1/4 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Remove skin and bones.
    Place salmon in bottom of mold.
    Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water.
    Add 1 1/4 cups cold water, vinegar, lemon juice and salt. Pour half of gelatin over salmon.
    Chill until set.
    Fill mold with alternating layers of cabbage and eggs.
    Cover with remaining gelatin.
    Chill until set.
