Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. cream-style corn
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients except for cheese. Pour half of mixture into a well-greased pan.
Sprinkle on all cheese.
Add remaining mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes.
