Apple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cabbage, shredded
    3 apples, chopped
    1/3 c. chopped scallion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. apple juice
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, apples and scallions.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Cover and chill (3 hours).
