Chicken Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. oil
    2 c. mushrooms
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    2/3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    Brown chicken in oil (3 minutes each side).
    Add mushrooms, garlic, rosemary, tomatoes and wine.
    Cook until most of the liquid is gone (about 15 minutes). Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
    Top with cheese and melt.
