Spinach Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chopped spinach
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook spinach just until tender; drain thoroughly.
    Combine eggs, milk, cheese and rice.
    Stir in salt and pepper.
    Add spinach.
    Pour into buttered, shallow, 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
