Lois' Tomato Fish Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2 lb. fish fillets
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle onion, celery and parsley in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Place fish over vegetables.
    Pour oil over fish. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle more vegetables on top of the fish.
    Pour tomato sauce on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
    Yields 6 servings.
