Green Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 garlic cloves, diced
    1 can beef broth
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 bell peppers, diced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Cut round steak in strips and sprinkle with paprika. Let stand 5 minutes. In large skillet, melt butter and brown steak. Add garlic and broth. Cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes. Stir in onion and peppers. Cover and cook 5 more minutes. Mix flour, water and soy sauce. Stir in until thickened and serve over rice.
