Creole Limas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. diced bacon
2 medium onions, chopped
1 (No. 1) can (2 c.) tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 c. cooked lima beans
Preparation
-
Fry bacon.
Remove and brown onions.
Add bacon, onion and remaining ingredients to drained limas.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Serves 6.
