Chicken Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Mexican Rotel
    2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 pkg 10 count flour tortillas
    shredded cheddar
    shredded monterey jack cheese
    Pam spray
Preparation
    Cut up chicken in small pieces and cook with rotel in medium skillet until sauce is almost cooked off.
    In
    another skillet, spray with Pam.
    Stove should be on about medium heat.
    Place tortilla in skillet, Place about 2-3 tbsp of chicken mix on 1/2 of tortilla, sprinkle with cheese then fold tortilla over then turn over and heat on the other side just enough for the cheese to melt.
