Fried Cottage Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. small curd cottage cheese, well drained
1/4 lb. butter
3 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
black pepper to taste
Kloski noodles
Preparation

In skillet, melt cottage cheese with butter (scouts don't count calories).
Add parsley flakes and black pepper.
Serve over kloski noodles for a delightfully mild cheese sauce.
