Pecan Patties(Non-Dairy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. cold water
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 c. crumbled tofu (extra firm)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    dash of garlic powder or salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Drop by tablespoon into very small amount of cooking oil (medium temperature).
    Brown patties on both sides.
    Makes about 18 patties.
