The President'S Choice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer-broiler chicken (3 to 3 1/2 lb.)
    1 medium size onion
    2 Tbsp. fat
    flour to coat chicken
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. tomato catsup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    salt to taste
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Cut chicken in serving pieces; dip in flour and brown in hot fat in skillet.
    When chicken pieces are browned, remove to casserole.
    Add chopped onion to fat and brown lightly; add remaining ingredients to fat and onion in skillet and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Pour sauce over browned chicken in casserole; cover casserole with aluminum foil and bake in moderate oven, 350\u00b0, for 1 hour.
    Serve piping hot with hot rolls and potato salad and sliced tomatoes, if you like.
    It's delicious.
