Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 Tbsp. Bisquick
    2 well-beaten eggs
    1/4 to 1/2 c. grated (powdered) Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. onion powder (may use a small chopped onion)
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat eggs well until fluffy. Add Bisquick, onion powder and Parmesan to form a pasty consistency. Add zucchini; mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place mixture into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
