Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. Jell-O (any flavor, I prefer lime)
    1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (9 oz.) tub Cool Whip whipped topping
Preparation
    In large bowl, sprinkle Jell-O over cottage cheese.
    Fold in good.
    Drain pineapple; fold into cheese.
    Add Cool Whip.
    Fold in good.
    Chill until ready to serve.
    You can also mix in pecans, but it's optional.
