Pineapple Cake(This Cake Is Very Low-Fat Without Frosting.) - cooking recipe

2 eggs or 4 egg whites for less fat
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple (juice and all)
2 c. flour
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add pineapple (juice and all), flour, white sugar, brown sugar, baking soda and eggs; mix together.
Stir in chopped nuts.
Spread evenly in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Frost with Cream Cheese Ginger Frosting.
