Bean Pot - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 Tbsp. oil
garlic
3 medium chopped onions
1 (1 lb.) can pork and beans
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
1 (1 lb.) can little green lima beans
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. molasses
Preparation

Cook onions and garlic in oil until softened, but not brown. Mix sugar, vinegar, catsup, salt, mustard, pepper and molasses together.
Pour over onion and garlic.
Mix thoroughly and simmer. Add beans.
Mix well.
Pour into baking dish and cook 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0 or in crock-pot.
