Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 can pumpkin (large)
    2 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 Tbsp. pumpkin spice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/3 c. evaporated milk (two 13 oz. cans)
    2 (9-inch) pastry shells, unbaked
Preparation
    Mix eggs and pumpkin.
    Blend in sugar, spice and flour; mix well.
    Add milk; mix well.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    May add pecans to mix.
