Taco Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 (8 to 16 oz.) block Cheddar cheese
    14 oz. jar taco sauce or picante sauce
    oil (for frying)
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. eggroll wraps
    1 egg
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Follow directions on taco seasoning package to make taco meat. Let cool when finished.
    Cut cheese into 3 x 1/4 x 1/4-inch strips.
    Lay eggroll wrap with corner facing you.
    Spoon 1 tablespoon of taco meat on corner closest to you.
    Place one strip of cheese in also.
    Baste wrap across from filling with beaten egg.
    Roll according to wrap instructions.
    Deep fry in oil until cheese starts to come out of wrapper.
    Serve with taco or picante sauce for dipping.
    Sour cream is optional as a dip.
