Mock Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (1 lb.) can chow mein or chop suey vegetables, drained
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    Chinese noodles
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain.
    Stir in vegetables, rice, soup, water and soy sauce.
    Heat to boiling.
    Turn in shallow 2-quart baking dish. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until rice is tender.
    Top with noodles and bake 2 minutes longer.
