Nana'S Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pt. cream
    1/4 c. additional milk, half and half or cream
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. self-rising sifted cake flour
Preparation
    With electric mixer beat eggs until foamy, add sugar and vanilla and continue to beat for 2 minutes.
    Blend in cream and other additional liquid by hand.
    Add flour and continue to mix by hand slowly until well blended.
    Beat 1/2 minute with electric mixer on low speed.
    Bake in a loaf pan, that has been greased and floured, at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
