Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. (small) lemon gelatin
1 c. hot water
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large can chilled Milnot *
Preparation

Mix lemon gelatin, hot water and juice of lemon until gelatin is dissolved.
Cool.
Cream the cream cheese with sugar; add vanilla.
Combine gelatin mixture and cheese.
Whip chilled Milnot and fold into mixture, gently.
Pour over graham cracker crust. Chill (better if made the day before).
Serve with whipped cream topping.
