Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. milk
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 heads broccoli, steamed and chopped
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine.
    Pour in milk.
    Add cream cheese and stir until melted.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water. Add seasonings and broccoli.
