Texas Hominy Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grits (do not use quick-cook)
    6 c. water
    1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 stick butter
    3 beaten eggs
    3 tsp. savory salt
    16 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cook grits in 6 cups water as package directs.
    Do not add salt.
    Add butter, cheese, eggs, savory salt and Tabasco sauce. Mix well.
