Cherry And Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped maraschino cherries
Preparation

Cream sugar, eggs and oil.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
Fold in zucchini, nuts, pineapple and cherries.
Put into 2 small loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
