Tater Crisp Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oleo or butter
1 c. mashed potato flakes
1/2 tsp. salt or more to taste
2 to 3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
Preparation

To change flavor or spice it up, use seasoned salt, cajun spice or Mrs. Dash.
In place of salt, paprika, tarragon, basil, marjoram or thyme may be added to potato mixture.
