Hash Brown Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    3 c. hash brown, thawed
    1/3 c. green onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cheese, shredded, divided
    4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Beat together eggs and milk; stir in potatoes, green onions, salt.
    Stir in 1 cup of the cheese and half of bacon.
    Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set.
    Sprinkle remaining bacon and cheese over top; continue baking 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Serves 6.
