Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated cheese (Velveeta)
2 c. medium white sauce
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 tsp. butter
Preparation

Cover potatoes, onion and salt with boiling water and cook 5 minutes.
Place in small greased casserole.
Add pepper and cheese to white sauce.
Pour over potatoes. Top with crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 30 minutes.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
