Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pieces cooked chicken, skinned and cut in small pieces
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. celery, chopped
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 stick margarine
1 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine chicken, soups and broth.
Saute celery and onion in margarine.
Spray a 10 x 14-inch casserole dish with a nonstick spray.
Layer the following in the casserole dish:
1/2 chicken mixture, 1/2 celery and onion mixture and 1/2 spaghetti.
Layer again; top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 10.
