Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. cake flour (sift before measuring)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter or shortening
2 sq. chocolate (Baker's)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Add baking powder and salt to flour and sift.
Add butter and chocolate and mix well. Melt butter and chocolate together.
Add sugar gradually to eggs; beat thoroughly, then add chocolate to mixture and blend.
Add flour to sugar and mix well.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
