Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. boned, cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 medium chopped onion
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
6 corn tortillas, torn into 1-inch pieces
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

In 2-quart casserole dish, line bottom with tortillas, then layer chicken pieces, onions and remaining liquid mixture combined with seasoning.
Cover with cheese and bake in moderate oven for approximately 30 minutes.
