Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
3 cans chicken broth
3/4 c. rice
3/4 bag fine egg noodles
pepper
garlic powder
Preparation

Melt butter in large Dutch oven pan; add noodles to butter. Put burner on high.
Stir noodles constantly until browned. remove from burner.
Add chicken broth and small amount pepper and garlic powder to taste.
Return to burner.
Bring to a boil. After mixture is boiling add rice.
Reduce heat to simmer.
Cover pan.
Stir occasionally.
Rice pilaf is ready when most of chicken broth is absorbed.
