Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
powdered sugar

Preparation

Beat egg, milk and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour batter in funnel and swirl into hot oil.
Remove from oil when light brown and sprinkle powdered sugar on it.
