Beef Or Deer Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. trimmed beef or venison
    4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    10 tsp. onion powder
    10 tsp. Accent
    2 2/3 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 1/3 c. water
    12 drops liquid smoke (optional)
Preparation
    Slice venison or beef in 1/8-inch strips.
    This is easier if it is slightly frozen.
    Combine ingredients and meat; marinate overnight.
    Put on racks for excess marinade to drain off.
    Put in dehydrator and cook until meat is completely dry, about 5 to 6 hours.
