Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. oregano, garlic, sweet basil and parsley flakes
1/2 c. red cooking wine
Preparation

Brown hamburger in a large pan.
Drain.
Saute chopped onion and pepper with hamburger 2 to 3 minutes.
Add other ingredients. Bring to a boil.
Let simmer for 30 to 45 minutes to let spices blend.
