Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium zucchini
    1 lb. hamburger
    Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 large jar spaghetti sauce
    1 medium onion
    1 medium bell pepper (mango)
Preparation
    Chop onion and pepper.
    In a large skillet, saute onion and pepper until partially done.
    Add hamburger and cook until done. Drain.
    In a separate skillet, saute sliced zucchini in small amount of oil or butter until slightly cooked.
    In a large saucepan, heat spaghetti sauce and add drained hamburger mixture. Layer zucchini and sauce mixture in casserole dish, starting and ending with zucchini.
    Sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until cheese melts.
