Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. margarine (1 stick)
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
Preparation

Bring water and sugar and margarine to a boil.
Add baking powder and flour all at once and stir quickly until it becomes like a paste and comes away from the pot.
Let it cool; when cooled add eggs, one at a time and beat after each addition.
Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake about 20 minutes or until golden color. After cooled, slice to prepare for filling.
