Taco Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in small pieces
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
Preparation
    Brown beef well; drain off fat.
    Put beef and remaining ingredients in crock-pot.
    Stir well.
    Cover and cook on high 1 hour, stirring until cheese is fully melted.
    Serve immediately or turn on low for serving up to 6 hours later.
    Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
    Recipe can be doubled.
    Great for large parties.
