Soft Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. powdered milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. water
    1 c. real butter (room temperature)
    1 c. granulated sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together milk, flour and water. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, to avoid lumps.
    Set aside when thick and let cool. Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla.
