Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices bread
    1 lb. bacon or sausage
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    7 eggs, beaten
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove crust from bread.
    Butter lightly and place in a 13 x 9-inch pan sprayed with Pam; set aside.
    Cook bacon until brown and crispy; drain well.
    Crumble over bread; then sprinkle cheese over bacon.
    Combine eggs, half and half and salt.
    Mix well and pour over cheese.
    Cover casserole and chill overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator for 15 minutes before baking.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until set.
