"The Chicken" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    1 c. olive oil
    3/4 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. crushed or minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place chicken in baking dish, leaving skin on.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a large measuring cup.
    Pour over chicken.
    Place in refrigerator at least 1 hour (overnight is best).
    When ready to bake, turn oven to 350\u00b0.
    Leave chicken out at room temperature for 1/2 hour.
    Pour 1 cup white wine over chicken and sauce.
    Bake for 1 hour.
